Starting May 2026 until further updates, appointments are available on weekends 9am to 5pm and weekdays 5:30pm to 7pm.
All bookings are prepaid and confirmed instantly through Timely.
Please review the cancellation and no-show policy before booking.
Prepaid bookings
Appointments are prepaid online and confirmed instantly through Timely.
Changes & cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel. Late cancellations will incur a 50% fee.
No-shows
No-shows will incur a 100% fee.
Late arrivals
Late arrivals may shorten the appointment or may need to be rescheduled and will incur a 50% fee.
Repeated last-minute changes
Clients who repeatedly make last-minute changes, cancel appointments on short notice, or fail to attend without notice will not be accepted for future bookings.
