- Cancellations and changes: No fees for your current booking. If you cancel without a genuine reason or do not attend, future bookings may be declined. If another booking is accepted, full prepayment will be required and a 100% fee will apply to cancellations or changes made within 12 hours. For cancellations or changes, email adina@adinaskin.nz.
- Late arrivals: Your treatment may need to be shortened, changed or cancelled.
- Please attend alone: Do not bring children or pets. Certified disability assist dogs are welcome.
- Health: If you are unwell, please do not attend. If you arrive sick or contagious, your appointment will be cancelled for the day.
- Under 18: Written parent or guardian consent is required before booking.
- Conduct: Respectful, professional behaviour is required. Inappropriate conduct ends the appointment immediately and the full fee applies.
- Payment: Payment is due on arrival, before your treatment begins. Afterpay is available for appointments of $100 or more when requested before your visit.
- Unpaid invoices: We cannot accept further bookings until all outstanding fees are paid.
