Permanent Hair Removal
Electrolysis
Say goodbye to unwanted hair — for good. Electrolysis is a precise, clinically proven treatment designed for permanent hair removal and suitable for all skin tones and hair colours.
About the treatment
Electrolysis Permanent Hair Removal
Electrolysis is the only FDA-approved method for permanent hair removal. Whether you want to remove facial hair, refine the brow area, or achieve smoother skin on the body, this treatment offers a safe and effective solution for long-term hair removal.
Each follicle is treated individually using a fine sterile probe, making electrolysis ideal for precision work on delicate areas and for clients seeking a permanent alternative to shaving, waxing, or tweezing.
Why clients choose it
Why choose electrolysis?
Permanent results
No more ongoing shaving, waxing, or tweezing once the follicle has been successfully treated.
Safe & precise
Targets individual follicles with precision, making it ideal for facial hair and smaller areas.
All skin tones & hair colours
Suitable for a wide range of clients, including those who may not be ideal candidates for laser.
Clinically proven
A trusted and established treatment for permanent hair removal with lasting results.
How it works
A precise follicle-by-follicle treatment
Electrolysis uses a tiny sterile probe to deliver a small amount of heat or chemical energy directly into the hair follicle. This destroys the follicle’s growth centre so the hair can no longer regrow.
Because each follicle is treated individually, the process is highly controlled and suitable for shaping brows, treating facial hair, and clearing small or specific areas with accuracy.

Advanced Electrolysis – Skin Lesion Removal
Advanced electrolysis may be used to treat certain minor benign skin irregularities such as skin tags, milia, cherry angiomas, and broken capillaries. Treatment is performed with precision using a fine probe and a controlled current.
All lesions must be assessed prior to treatment. Only suitable benign lesions can be treated, and in some cases medical clearance may be required.

FAQs
Is electrolysis painful?
You may feel a brief heat or tingling sensation. Most clients tolerate it well. If needed, topical Emla 5% anaesthetic cream can be applied around one hour before your appointment. Ask your pharmacist for advice.
How many sessions will I need?
This depends on the area being treated, the density of the hair, and your hair growth cycle. Most clients need multiple sessions to achieve complete permanent removal.
Is it really permanent?
Yes. Once a follicle has been effectively destroyed, it cannot regrow hair.
