  • Within 24 hours: Cancellations or changes are not permitted. A cancellation incurs 50% of each cancelled service. If a reschedule is accepted, a 25% fee applies.
  • Prepayment: Full payment is required in advance to confirm a request appointment.
  • Deposits: Non-refundable. A deposit may be transferred depending on notice and may be forfeited for late cancellation, repeated changes or non-attendance.
  • Late arrivals: Your treatment may be shortened or changed. If there is not enough time, the appointment may be cancelled and the 50% late-cancellation fee applies.
  • Repeated cancellations: Repeated late cancellation, rescheduling or non-attendance may lead to prepayment requirements, declined bookings or an online-booking block.
  • Health: Please do not attend if you are unwell or contagious.
  • Conduct: Inappropriate behaviour ends the appointment immediately and the full fee applies.
  • Unpaid invoices: No further bookings until all outstanding fees are paid.
